How to remove 'Ending Balance - HR Transfer'

Summary:

An employee was to be a global transfer on 6/21 but HR accidently put 6/7 and then corrected to 6/22. Because of this, the Vacation plan absence plan is still in 'HR Transfer' state which is causing them to have 0 hours. How can we correct this to the balance comes back so he/she can use the hours? I tried going to the record effective 6/8 but it's still showing as transferred
