Client is using Oracle Fusion Financials and Purchasing for last 5 years. Basically, the P2P flow is in use.
Now, the Client wants to implement Budgetary Control. Please confirm, if Budgetary Control can be enabled mid year, when transactions are already accounted for in Purchasing and Payables. Also, we would like to know the implications of enabling same at this stage.
