Is there any way to restrict the user from editing the contract terms via UI and Microsoft word?

Summary:

Basically, we have a requirement that after the team's review, the contract owner wants to lock the contract terms for editing so that no one can change the contract terms after that.

We have tried the Lock Contract Terms option but it does not restrict users from uploading the contract terms via Word and also there is an option with the team member to unlock it.

Kindly guide me in this case.
