DOR with report reference, don't have attachment link in the final approval emails

Hi,

We have set up DOR with approvals and with reference to Report link. SO report will automatically run and the draft letter is shown as attachment until all approvals are completed. But after approval is completed, there is no link in final email to download the final letter without Draft watermark.
