Absence Approvals are not working as expected when manager changed.

Summary:

Hello Experts,

I am facing issue on approvals in Absences. The existing configuration the approval should be routed to Absence Matrix Manager. In his absence the approval should be routed to Line Manager.

We have configured 2 rules, one for Matrix Manager, one for Line Manager.

The user has line Manager .But it approval is failing and directing to the rule which was configured for Matrix Manager saying the user is not having Supervisor .

If the user doesn't have Matrix Manager ,the rule which was designed for Line Manager should trigger.

It is working fine from march 11 2024.

In employment history i found that the Manager was changed on March 10. What might be the issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
