How to verify order line List Price value and line List Price Amount during Sales Order approval

hi Team,
during Sales Order approval we would like check the List Price value and List Price Amount values?
What attribute can we use to wrote an approval rule?

For example we would like apply next approval rule: "If order line list price is above 500 or order line list price amount above 1000 USD then send Sales Order to approval"
It means any item has list price above 500 and appears in Sales Order should be approved, or any order line item amount (List Price * Qty) is bigger then 1000 USD also should be approved.
Means we would like check price and amounts before any applied disount.
