Redwood Absence Cases

Summary:

We have an issue where My Team > Show More > Absence cases is missing, we have switched on

• Manage Administrator Profile Values task.

• Search for and select the ORA_ANC_CASES_VBCS_UI_ENABLED profile option.

• In the Level list, select Site.

• Enter Y in the Profile Value field.

Click Save and Close.

and have viewed/checked the Quick actions Absence cases EL Expression which is referencing the above value, being set to "Y", however it is not visible for us. Have checked customer connect and no advice on this Redwood feature so far, so thought I would ask if anyone has a possible solution for this issue.
