Unable to submit data in Data Form when Consol run is in process

Summary:

So we have designed some form in our system as per client requirement, in which we have put the Consolidation functionality as an inbuilt. And when ever the user selects the POV and enters the data it does the consolidation then and there itself for that particular entity.

But the issue is when ever there's a Consolidation process running, client isn't able to submit the data in this particular types of Forms.

Would like some help from the community in understanding this case.
