Redwood Time entry layout components

We have completed the profile for enabling time and labor in Redwood

When I went to add the timecard, I did not see the drop down options we have for time reporting code.

What do I need to do to enable the drop down? Am I creating the Layout components in VBS? Is there something else I need to do?

If I cannot get the time reporting code field populated I cannot save and submit
