Query that fetch Grade Rate Value for a certain person

Hello!
I need help to get a query that passing the assignment_number of an employee I can get the value field of a Rate Value inside the Grade of a person. Example are in the image below, I need the field in green. I have tried to make a SQL query to run in OTBI but It's returning me all the values of that grade(possibly all the values of that grade, all the step), not the one attribuided to the person. Can someone help me please?
