Can anyone explain scecurity being used on seeded DM?

Summary:

The business looking to add security to a custom version of EmploymentCreateProcesses, like the security being used on seeded /shared/Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications/Data Models/EmploymentUpdateProcess.

I am trying to understand how the security DM SQL functions on EmploymentUpdateProcess

My assumption is the SecurityFinal SQL works hand and hand with EligibleJobsSecurity, but I do not understand what this select is doing.

Is there any documentation on this or can someone explain this at a high level?
