Build Package Job did not created extension.vx and deployment is failing.

Summary:

I can see build package job completed with warnings, I am attaching the log file for analysis.

as a result, it did not generated extension.vx that is required for deploy job for deployment.

Can you please tell me what is missing in the package job that is causing build to fail?
