Where to see Work Pattern Template name assigned to Employee

Summary:

I am looking to confirm where I can see the Work Pattern Template Name assigned to an Employee after creation?

When I go back to the Work Pattern page for the employee's assignment, I only see the Work Pattern Type name, not the assigned Work Pattern Template name.

As understood, the Work Pattern Type is intended to be a shared configuration that can be used for many Work Pattern Templates of the same Shift Period Type and we should not have to create this value for each and every Work Pattern Template created. Looking to confirm if this understanding is accurate and how can Employees and Managers see the assigned Work Pattern Template for the employee?
