Why is the contract creator receiving multiple Submitted notification when contract expiry

Summary:

The contract creator is receiving multiple submitted emails "Submitted: Contract 3909 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX will Expire on 2024-05-31". For example I have Contract with 5 people in the parties tab. All these are getting email notification when contract is expiring in their respective email inboxes. as I am the one who has created the contract. I am also getting email notifications of expiry "Submitted: Contract 3909 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX will Expire on 2024-05-31" and that too without the Assignee name as blank in my email box which is the issue. How can we prevent multiple email notifications and receive one email alone.
