Integrating Target Quota from Quota Planning to advanced sales forecasting

We have set the target quota for the top-down allocation approach in quota planning and enabled the "Target Quota from Quota Planning" option in the integration section of the Advanced Sales Forecasting module's features page. However, while the dimension member count in the application dimensions of the "OEP_GSP" cube isn't updating, the loaded member data is visible within the dimension page. This indicates that all dimensions are synchronized with Advanced Sales Forecasting.

I proceeded to set the substitution variables and user preferences, then opened the forms to view the quota target, but no data appeared in the columns. After referring to documentation, I performed data mapping to synchronize and push the data, then ran the Base Forecast Push rule. Despite these steps, I still couldn't see any data.
