PPM: Review Project Performance Error

We have an error thrown only on a single project. All other projects I have tested do not throw this error. Project is approved/active 'WIP' is a custom ITD performance measure that I have created and works just fine on all other projects I have reviewed. The error seems specifically related to this customer performance measure, and is preventing review of ANY performance measures. 

Go to Projects-->Project Financial Management-->Search for Project. Go to Task bar and choose Review Project Performance and it errors with attached message "Definition ITD_CUST_CUSTOM1 of type Attribute is not found in SimplifiedTaskStructure2"
