Auto-Approve, if MD&CEO Submits Transaction for Direct Report
Summary: Hi Team,
We have a basic approval rule from Promote transaction whereby if a Manager submits a promotion for one of their direct reports it goes to the managers manager to approve.
If the Manager submits the transaction, it is currently going to Managers Manager to approve their own transaction. Just wondering if it's possible to configure the rule to auto-approve if the manager = MD&CEO submits?
Screenshot of rule attached.
Scenarios below
Employee = A
Manager = B = MD&CEO
Managers Manager = C
B submits promote transaction for A. It Should Auto Approve ( As there is no LM)
We would ideally like the the transaction to auto-approve if B=MD&CEO submits, currently going into error as ther is no Second level Manager for MD&CEO Direct Reports
