Why the shipment forecast is not generated if the shipment history is not present for past and is there any parameter or profile where we can change the consideration of 6 months to 12 months and so..

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Since for some Item don't have the shipment history for last 6 months but the item will be active they wanted the forecast to be generated if there is no history for last 6 months also.
