We are seeing duplicate entries for noncatalog learning. How can we resolve this?

Summary:

We are integrating the learning system by using non catalog learning item type. The learning item is showed multiple times as we add learners.

Steps followed : 1) We are adding learners in Learning assignment

s with the request type as 'Noncatalog item' and title as 'Performance Excellence'. We are assigning four persons to this non catalog learning'. Four learners got mapped to this noncatalog learning.

2) Now we are trying to add another set of learners to the same course. For this, we are adding learners in Learning assignments with the request type as 'Noncatalog item' and title as 'Performance Excellence'. Here we are assigning another two persons to this non catalog learning. These two learners also got mapped to the non catalog learning.
