chat text in chat window

Hey guys and gals! I hope someone can help us.  We have our auto response sent to the customer and it's text is wrapped within the box.  But when we send responses to our customer's it doesn't text wrap these.  It sends it so the customer has to use the scroll bar at the bottom to read all of our messages.  Is there a way to text wrap our responses?
