For non-Production cloud environments, can we change the time at which daily backups are started?

Summary:
If possible, we would like to be able to adjust the time at which Oracle takes its automatic nightly backup snapshots.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We've gone through one round of refreshes since moving to the self-service system in the new OCI admin console. Everything worked great — except that the nightly backup used as a source for the refreshes was one that had been started at a slightly unfamiliar time (7:50pm CDT, rather than the 9pm CDT that we're used to under the old refresh system.)

We've designed our business processes around a 9pm CDT start time. So there are a number of business processes that run in the interval between 7pm and 8:45pm or so. In the past we've been able to rely on data updated during that after-office-hours interval, being propagated from our TEST environment to our various DEV environments. That data is then in sync with data from some our other in-house systems, which is refreshed on a similar schedule.

Howdy, Stranger!
