'Release' action releases Planned Orders of all the Planners

Summary:

Planners have single Supply Plan. They all need access to all the orgs. Planners are configured in Item Master also.

When planner A releases planned orders in this plan, EVERYRTHING else also gets released including the Planned Orders that Planner B had marked for release but was not ready to release yet.

There are lot of items and they want to review items/quantities/dates etc. one by one. So they’ll de below steps:

1. Review some items, do ‘Mark for release’

2. Review some more items and do ‘Mark for Release’ and so on…

Now, in between 1st step and 2nd step, if someone else performs ‘Release’ action at Plan level, Plan will create a PO for the items from 1st step right away. Here, the planner was not ready to release ALL his/her items yet.
