Problem integrating 17D to Service Cloud August 2017

Hi there
Have just set up integration OPA to OSC via Config Assistant, have the green tick, and normally things work swimmingly.
However, any interview embedded in Agent Desktop raises this error in the OPA Hub log:
Error for Connection 'site' (https://site.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/dyson.cfg/services/soap):
soapenv:Sender: API was accessed in a non-supported manner.
Am using very simple interview.
Any advice appreciated!
