how to apply a on account credit memo created for revenue lease automatically to a lease invoice

Summary:

We were able to create a credit memo from lease accounting module for revenue leases. However this is getting created as an On Account and is not getting applied to relevant invoice. We have an ask from Customer to check on feasibility how this credit memo can get automatically applied to the relevant Invoice.
