Terms Template - Approval Supervisory Hierarchy

Hi Gurus

We have a requirements to set approval for Contract Terms that is in a Supervisory Hierarchy, however as we tried to set it up BPM is saying we cannot use the get manager process.

Appreciate if you guys can give inputs regarding this.
