Can we load the description for Standard Lookups using File Based Loader?

Hi Team,

We are trying to load the Arabic names in the description field for 'Nationality' Standard Lookup  using File Based Loader(File Import & Export Option). But none of the records are loaded and they are errored out.

Can anyone please confirm if we can use this method to load the data into standard lookups? If not, please advise how to achieve the bulk upload of data.
