Validations while creating new locations through FBDI template

Business Requirement:

While defining new location through FBDI business wants to do validations before creating an location in WMS since business users are entering the location size type incorrectly.

The validations should happen based Allocation Zone (Alloc zone), if allocation zone is US made then corresponding location size type should take otherwise location creation/update should fail in interface.

The use case is if business users incorrectly populated the location size type for a particular allocation zone under location in FBDI template the validation should fail.

How can we achieve this functionality? It is possible in Oracle Cloud WMS.
