Incorrect Data Reflecting in report due to unexpected records under specialization

Hi Team.

We are facing the issue where the unexpected records reflecting in the reports. We have one specialization containing 3 activities (Courses) present in it. But while checking it on learner's records as administrator we got 7-8 Activities. Due to this we are getting more records in report while fetching data through Query.

Kindly please assist on this so that will be able to identify the issue.
