Global Functions

Summary:

hi! I see Global Functions can only be used in extensions... Would that capability be provided in standalone VB apps too? I can see it being very useful, especially to use it in an advanced expression builder when creating Business Rules.

(p.s. would be great for Business Rules to be able to invoke Javascript code or ideally Action Chains, rather than only Groovy)
