Unable to delete the Journal reports

Hi There,

Our users have created couple of Consolidation Journal Reports.

Now, they are unable to delete those Journal Reports. Can anyone tell us what can be reason for this issue?

Is it something that only Administrators can do these deletions? Thank you!
