Remove assets added in previous period

Summary:

Hi,

The client had accidently added 4 assets in the Sep-2022 period and ran the create accounting in final mode. The current open period is May-2024 and they want to get rid of these assets without it impacting the accounting. Following are the transactions they ran in May-2024 (not accounted in final mode).

a. They tried to retire the asset hoping that would solve but later reinstated the asset back.

b. Tried to adjust the cost to 0.

I understand that they have violated the conditions set forth by Oracle to delete an asset (How to Delete an Asset? (Doc ID 2212238.1))
