Automatically roll the unspent amount on a forecast to the following month

Is there a way to automatically roll the unspent amount on a forecast to the following month vs spreading it over the rest of the project without needing to manually update each month.

Example Forecast

Jan $11,000
Feb $20,000
March $10,000
April $3,000

If you only spend $5,000 in Jan I would like the $9,000 unused to roll to Feb making Feb $29,000 vs having the $9,000 spread over Feb, March, and April
