Can Warehouses, DCs physically apart belongs to different 3PLs be modeled as Sub Inventory

We have Third Party Logistic warehouses from partner A. Each warehouse is represented as a separate inventory organization. Under each warehouse inventory organization , we have sub inventories

We are going have new third party logistic warehouses from partner B.

Question: Can the new 3PL warehouse(s) of Partner B represented as sub-inventories within the existing 3PL warehouse inventory organizations of Partner A. Note that 3PL partnters - partner A and B are different.

Question: Will it reduce the maintenance and helps in the inventory reconciliation if 3PL warehouse inventory of partner B is represented as sub-inventory inside the 3PL warehouse inventory organization of partner A in Fusion Applications (Fusion Inventory) and in Fusion PDH.
