Make Bill of Lading an available field while performing putaways

Summary:

Business Case: Our business cuts many PO's and the shipments have the "Standard" receipt routing. (Receipt and Delivery). There is time gap between the two steps. At the time of creating receipts, there is a feature to capture "Bill of Lading". When doing putaway many a times we look up using the Bill of Lading documentation, but in Oracle there is no search field for this. Even for the Bill of Lading number created in the prior steps of "Receive Expected Shipments" aka receipt.

Just seeking advices from anyone. I would submit an idea for this otherwise.
