    How to backup both data and Meta-data backup outside of Oracle cloud environment?

    Is it possible to create a backup of data and metadata of an Oracle HCM environment?

    I have seen a similar question posted with the attached documentation:

    The answer to that question and the documentation included explain that Oracle performs periodic backups for HCM environments that can be used to restore in case of failures. However, I want to know if it is possible to create/export backups on data and metadata for production environment.

    I also need clarification on the following document (page 10, section 2.2). What is the process to restore from an Oracle backup?
