Load data of a particular Incident in OPA Customer Portal Interview

I have an OPA interview deployed in customer portal. Based on mapping settings, the interview can be accessed only by logged-in contacts. And, I'm trying to load data related to a particular incident of the logged-in contact.

The mapping settings work when the contact has only one incident. Otherwise, the interview throws an error saying, "error loading or saving data'.

Please let me know if there is a way I can load data of a single incident when the logged-in contact has multiple incidents.
