Unable to change time zone in "Periods" screen in ARCS

Summary:

Hi ARCS experts, is there a possibility to change the time zone of the "Last Reconciled" under the "Periods" screen. The time stamp appearing is "UTC" , even if I change it to another time zone in the "Service Time Zone" under "Configuration" or under "Set Preferences", is there a way to change this.
