Oracle ERP Cloud - Identification of Non-Human Identities

edited Jun 18, 2024 9:28PM in Financials – General (READ ONLY) 2 comments

We are currently engaged in activities related to Oracle ERP Cloud and need clarification regarding the management of non-human identities within the application.

Specifically, We would like to know about the following:

  1. Existence of Non-Human Identities: Does Oracle ERP Cloud support the concept of non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, automation bots, system accounts)?
  2. Attributes for Segregating Non-Human Identities: If non-human identities are supported, are there specific attributes or fields within Oracle ERP Cloud that distinguish these identities from human users? For instance, in our current understanding, there are implementation users and application users. Are these the primary distinctions or are there others?

Howdy, Stranger!
