Unable to load data properly in Custom Planning Application(ASO cube) by Essbase text file

Loading data is shown successful in job details however we are facing issues while validating data. As per job details 0 record read and processed but number of input level cells and incremental input cells are showing correctly values. Let us know what is issue ? How can we load data without an issue?
