Is it possible to display a custom message when saving on a form?

I would like to display a custom message after saving the form that notifies users that they need to run another step.

We have a form that has a large amount of logic that needs to be run after saving, but if we have the minimum amount run on save and then a second rule that can be run via an action menu on multiple intersections, it will save our users a large amount of time. We want to display a message on save of the form that reminds users that there is a second step to run when they have completed all work on this form.
