Maternity leave should only be applied between 28 & 45 calendar days prior to childbirth

Summary:

Our customer has the following condition to apply for Maternity Leave: 28 calendar days prior to the expected delivery date but not earlier than 45 calendar days prior to delivery.

Can anyone please share how we can achieve this?

If Expected Date of Childbirth is 01-Jul-24, the Absence Start Date for the Maternity Leave as allowed by the system should be 28 calendar days before 1st July but not more than 45 calendar days before 1st July. If any date outside this window is selected, the system should throw an error.
