We are working on adding Amazon.com catalog to our Oracle punch out configuration. We have worked with Amazon to set up OSN-Oracle-Supplier-Network to connect with Amazon Business.

We reviewed the error with Amazon and they suggested to contact Oracle.

Currently we have 4 admins in the Oracle Punchout Test group on Amazon Business site. For some reason the punch out URL only works for 2 of the admins, but not the other 2 admins. The 2 who are receiving the error, they received the message below:
