Exception in Apply Hold

Summary: Getting Exception while trying to apply hold on order line using OM Extension in Rev-2.

Error: Application of a hold in a change order is not supported via Order Management Extensions

At the time of initial order entry, From actions—>Users can click on Apply hold before order submission. However, Apply Hold action is disabled for subsequent revisions. Order Entry team are trying to enter Bill Only but keep them on hold to prevent immediate billing of the line.

Analysis:

1. As Apply Holds action is disabled from UI, Tried applying the hold from OM Extension.
