Can we add custom additional attributes to delivered Workflow notifications?

Summary:

The requirement is to add some additional fields to the delivered workflow notifications. Here I could see some delivered functions/Packages were used to capture the information into notifications but not standard tables. Not sure how can we achieve this requirement. What is the source of these attributes? Below are the details. PFA screenshots for the delivered reports/Notifications.

To be Added for Job Code:

Status (Active / Inactive)
Full Time or Part Time
Regular or Temporary
Classification
ATM Employee Category (Applicable only for ATM & PM)


To be Added for POS:
Cluster
Annual Leave Entitlement
Type (Pooled / Single incumbent)
