How can we customize a learn role by giving access only to Learn OTBI reports

Summary:

We have a requirement to create a learn administrator role along with country specific Area of responsibility which is working fine, but we need to restrict the role by not giving access to other OTBI reports like compensation, payroll and other personal data.
Basically the role should give access only to Learn OTBI reports.

Can some one help me whether this is possible, if yes how can we do this?
