Date Format in Absence Planning Page

Summary:

The date format for the absence planning page does not inherit regional settings.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The date format on the absence planning page (timeline view) is in American format, i.e. it does not inherit the regional settings that are applied for the user. The date range filter has correctly inherited the selected date format, but the line line is stuck in mm/dd but should be dd/mm.

Have I missed something, or is this a bug / oversight by Oracle?
