Cells exceeded the threshold in Reporting Web Studio (EPM cloud OCI)

Hi, we are currently using Reporting Web Studio to update our HFR report. Our clients wants to add more columns into the report but we are getting the error for threshold limit. Can we have more clarity on how the report work? As we export to excel the cell count is around 400,000 but the error below mentions there are around 2 million cells. Are there hidden cells being processed? If so, does the data process the dimension from bottom level? Thanks in advance for the response.
