"Direct Expense Amount" column is not available in the "Expense Direct Entry" form

Summary:

We're trying to use the out of the box integration between EPM Projects module and PPM, by following the below videos available from Oracle account in youtube.

However, we had this issue entering expense data in the "Enpense Direct Entry" form because the "Direct Expense Amount" column is not available.

With this, we need guidance and help on how to make this out of the box integration work.
