How to view Courses from Search tab in Learning?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to view Courses from Me → Learning → Search tab?

As you can see from below, we cannot see courses anymore.

The courses have not been removed since if we look into the filters, we can see numbers in the brackets, which indicates that courses are still existing.

This issue occurred suddenly yesterday, and we don't know what is causing it.

Does anyone have any idea about what could be the cause of this problem?
