Accrual rates defined in accrual matrix is not working for absence plan
We have requirement to define accrual rates based on legal employer and grade , So we have created a expression for the same.
Band sequence 1 - [Person.LegalEmployer] = 'USA' OR [Person.LegalEmployer] = 'UK] >= '8'
Band sequence 2 - ([Person.LegalEmployer] = 'USA' OR [Person.LegalEmployer] = 'UK.' AND [Person.Grade] < '8') OR ([Person.LegalEmployer] = 'CA')
For band sequence 1 - accrual rate should be 0.825
For band sequence 2 - accrual rate should be 0.625
However band sequence 2 is not working when Legal employer is either of entity mentioned in expression and grade is less than 8 , accrual rate is getting captured as 0.825 instead of 0.625.
Please help here !
